The Library reviews your list. While some items on your list will be automatically approved and instantly available to your students, others will not. Items that we need to purchase, physical items that we need to digitize portions of (within copyright), and some electronic items will need to be processed by the library according to various workflows. As part of this process, the library evaluates the copyright status of the contents.
To send your list, simply click on the My List is Ready button in the purple bar at the top of the list.
This bar also lets you view the list as a student.
You can continue to update your list after sending it to the Library and make changes throughout the semester if necessary. The Library's system runs a nightly job to identify any additional citations that have been added and queues them, if necessary, for library processing.
If the Library has any questions about a particular citation, we can query you directly through Leganto and you'll see the question or comment in your Reading List.
You can also send us questions through your Reading List that will be caught by the nightly processing so that we are made aware of it.
If we send you any questions or comments, you will receive an email (at your DACC email) notifying you that you have notifications.
