DACC Library Summer Reading Challenge Information
Remember the excitement of being a kid and reading books all summer to earn prizes?
Remember taking summer road trips to visit family, friends, or just to see a cool place?
Well, the DACC Library is bringing both traditions back to you with a Choose-Your-Adventure Summer Reading Road Trip!

The Rules:
The DACC Library Summer Reading Challenge is open to all DACC employees, students, and retirees.
The challenge runs from May 1 to September 3, 2025.
All entries must be submitted by emailing a photo or pdf of EACH of your completed Reading Road Trip Adventure tracking sheets (up to 3) to library@dacc.edu by 11:59 p.m. on September 3, 2025.
Prize drawing will take place on Thursday, September 4, 2025, and winners will be notified by their DACC email address.

You can join in with your fellow bibliophiles to ask questions, talk about your reading, share suggestions for the different choices, and discuss all things bookish, Summer Reading, and road tripping by completing the very short registration form at https://tinyurl.com/2025DACCSummerReading.

Need Suggestions or Have Questions?
Need a little clarification or help finding a title for the choices for a decision along your road trip? We have you covered with a lot of different choices…feel free to choose whichever path works best for you! (see what we did there? Hee hee hee)
Don't forget about I-Share requests!
When you're searching in the DACC Library online catalog (EasyShare) and a title displays as Out of the Library/Unavailable or isn't found at all...check out the Get It From Other I-Share Libraries option OR switch over to search in All I-Share Libraries to see if it's available at another institution in our library network.
If so, you can request the book and have it sent to the DACC Library for pick up!
