Instructors put material on reserve to make certain that they are available for students who need them. The instructor determines how long materials on reserve may be checked out based on the number of students expected to use them.
The trick to searching for reserve items is searching in the correct spot.
Click on the Primo 1Search link on the library's home page.
Click on Course Reserves in the top menu or select it from the dropdown as you search.
Type the Course Code (for example, HIST), Course Code and number (HIST 151), or instructor's last name in the search bar.
Use the facets on the left side (TWEAK YOUR RESULTS) to narrow a long list.
