DACC Library Summer Reading Bingo!

Remember the excitement of being a kid and reading books all summer to earn prizes?  
Well, the DACC library is bringing the tradition back to you with a BINGO Card Summer Reading program! 

 

How to Play:

• Register for the program by completing the very short form at https://tinyurl.com/DACCSummerReading
• After you register, we will email you a BINGO card to print and two Wild Cards.
• Have fun choosing titles and reading all summer long!  The program runs from May 1st to September 3rd. 
• Track the titles you read on the BINGO card that match each category/square. 
• Submit your completed BINGO card to the library to receive a prize (see details below).

You may use the same title on more than one square, but for a greater challenge try reading a different title for each square!

Wild Cards

You can use the two included Wild Cards to replace a square with any title of your choice.  Just tape or glue the Wild Card over the square you want to replace, and write the title of your choice in the Wild Card space. You can even get an extra Wild Card if you drop by the library. No additional wild cards will be distributed electronically. Limit 3 Wild Cards per BINGO card. 

How to Win!

1st BINGO:

Complete any corner-to-corner diagonal, horizontal, or vertical line on your BINGO card. Email* a picture of your BINGO card to library@dacc.edu at any time before 11:59 p.m. on September 3rd for your prize.

2nd BINGO:

Complete another BINGO (additional diagonal, horizontal, or vertical line on your card) and email* a picture of your updated BINGO card to library@dacc.edu at any time before 11:59 p.m. on September 3rd to be entered into a drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card!

3rd BINGO:

Complete a 3rd BINGO (a third diagonal, horizontal, or vertical line on your card)  and email a picture of your updated BINGO card to library@dacc.edu at any time before 11:59 p.m. on September 3rd to be entered into a drawing for a $75 Amazon Gift Card.

Blackout:

Complete all the squares on your BINGO card and email* a picture of your completed BINGO card to library@dacc.edu at any time before 11:59 p.m. on September 3rd to be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $100 Amazon Gift Card!

 

The Rules

• The program runs from May 1st to September 3rd. 
• All entries must be submitted by emailing a photo of your completed BINGO card to library@dacc.edu by 11:59 p.m. on September 3rd.
• Prize drawings will take place on Tuesday, September 4, 2024, and winners will be notified via their DACC email.

 

Join Our Google Group!

You can join in with your colleagues to ask questions, talk about your reading, share suggestions for the categories, and discuss all things bookish and Summer Reading by completing the very short registration form at https://tinyurl.com/DACCSummerReading.
