Sending Article Links to Your Instructor

Often your instructors may need you to send them a link for an article or item so that they can check it to be sure it meets the requirements. Here's how you do that using Primo 1Search.
When you find an article in Primo 1Search you want to use, capture the Permalink by clicking on the link to view the Permalink and then copy and paste it into an email that you send to Mr. Miller

You can also go into the item and capture the permalink there. Here's EBSCO. Don't chose the link in the browser. Instead click the Permalink tool and copy and paste.

In ScienceDirect articles, it's easiest to click Share, and when the email form opens, copy and paste the sentence with the link into your own email. If your email is set up for Outlook, you can simply send directly with the email form.

DON'T DO THIS: Don't use the email link within Primo 1Search. While you will be able to send the link to your instructor, you can't modify the subject line or the sender address so that they will not know whose sent it. This link is best used to send references to yourself.
