It's a guide to rethinking your relationship with yourself, your home, and your community, offering tips on decorating, dressing, crafting, and foraging, all while embracing diversity and joyful mess. The book aims to help readers find comfort and harmony by embracing their "weird" selves and finding inspiration in nature.

Funny Story

Daphne and Miles are in a less-than-ideal situation.   it's kind of a funny story: Daphne's fiancé, Peter, left her weeks before their wedding for his best friend, who he “swore was nothing more than a friend.” That friend? None other than Miles's girlfriend, Petra!

4. Snacks - B. Light & Sweet

The fourth decision on your road trip is what kind of road trip snacks you're eating!  You'll have three road trip snacks to choose from, and the second choice you can make is having Light & Sweet snacks!

Complete the Light & Sweet choice by reading any title that you feel fits this choice in any capacity, at any point in the story and recording the title on your Road Trip tracking sheet.

There are lots of ways to interpret this choice, so feel free to get creative!   Some interpretations could include:

  • Any Comfort Read for you
  • a Cute Romance or Romantic Comedy
  • featuring Baking, Cooking, or Preparing Sweet Foods or Treats
  • featuring Sugar, Honey, Fruit, or other Sweet Foods
  • anything Cozy - Mystery, Fantasy, Memoir, Nonfiction, etc.
  • Invokes - Comfort, Warmth, Laughter, Wholesomeness
  • an Easy To Read Book that you can finish in a day
  • a Brain Candy book
  • about Light, Suns or Sunshine, Auroras, Stars, etc.

You can use any title that you’d like, but here are some suggestions to complete the Light & Sweet choice.
